Information for programme participants

This section of the Con*Cept 2008 web site is for the use of programmers and programme participants.

We are currently inviting potential programme participants to submit ideas for consideration by our programming team.  Keep in mind that Con*Cept's goal is to foster an interest in all aspects of science fiction, fantasy, horror, and the paranormal, with all their roots and shoots, and also the areas of science and technology which touch on these areas.  We are also looking for original productions to present in our video room, hopefully with the participation of the directors, producers, or actors.

Panellists must be registered members of the convention.  However, If you are a professional in a genre field (for example: SFF author,  movie director, or science/tech consultant), you may be entitled to a FREE membership if you become a programme participant!

Programming runs from 6:00 pm to 11:00 pm		 Dealers & Exhibits room
Fri     6 pm -- 10 pm
Sat    10 am -- 6:00 pm
Sun   10 am -- 5:00 pm
Saturday
Registration opens at 8:00 am
Programming runs from 9:00 am to 11:00 pm		 Masquerade Saturday
Registration on mezzanine level during Saturday afternoon
Rehearsal at 6:30 pm
Masquerade begins at 8:00 pm
Sunday
Registration opens at 9:00 am
Programming runs from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm
Dance Saturday
Starts after the masquerade and runs until 2:00 am
